Can masturbating make me sick?

Submitted by Auntyji on Tue, 10/02/2012 - 14:03
I’m 18 and I masturbate at least once a day. I’ve been told this is an illness. One friend warned me that if I carry on I won’t be able to satisfy a woman. I feel worried and guilty but I can't help myself! Nishant, Hyderabad

Auntyji says… Puttar, first of all take a deep breath. Breathe in. Breathe out. And now listen to me carefully. What you are doing is the most natural thing in the world.

Self-pleasure is a very safe practice and if you ask me the most obvious thing at your age. Definitely more common than what most people might imagine. Sounds like your friend is struggling with some demons of his own. Maybe he needs some release too.

Pent up emotions

When I was you age, my mummy jee told me that anything that is so much fun couldn’t be bad. So listen to your aunty's mummy, take care of lubrication and draw the curtains. It’s a good way to relax and take out all those pent up emotions. Always best to have full control in your own hands, quite literally.

Even when you'll be in a relationship you will need to fall back on this skill.

And trust me this will not interfere with your performance with a woman. Or women all over the world would have to resort to sex toys only.

A handy skill

In fact use these secret session to build stamina. Practice how long you can hold on to an erection. Not only will you pick up a handy skill to thoroughly satisfy a woman, there is no chance of running out of sperm. Your body keeps on producing fresh stuff every day just like blood and sweat. You are just keeping your systems working. So don't stop.

Self-pleasure a couple of times a day is definitely not a disease. In fact some rather smart doctors have figured out that regular masturbation can cure diseases like prostatorrhea. So go on, lock all the doors and fight back diseases. One last thing, before you even ask me, I can assure you that you will not go blind either!
