Mam I m 30 year old and have one testicle my penis size is 4.5 inch long and 4 inch girth while erect . When I was In my early 20 I was good in sex but now I m facing lot of problem while sex some Times it get erect and some time not I don't know why this is happen. I m very afraid bcoz still I m unmarried and woried about my future also my size reduced less than 4 inch in girth what should I do coz girls laugh at me I m very depressed please help me.
