hello madam i am facing problem that my penis outer cover will moving back but a small skin still attached to head and i have also a hole through that semen vl coming but my problem.is what do with that small attachment.....when i moved back the foreskin and leave as it is it gets irritating while clothing.....suggest if this is any problem while sexual intercourse i am in 21
