By accessing Love Matters India’s website (www.lovematters.in) or any of its (mobile) webpages, you unconditionally agree to the terms of this disclaimer and copyright notice, which may be modified or supplemented from time to time by us without prior notice. Please check this webpage regularly for any modifications.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website.

It is the stated policy of DC that we will act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current best practice with regard to the processing of personal data. DC complies with all applicable privacy laws. This includes compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable rules made thereunder.

DC takes your online privacy seriously. We do not collect personally identifying information from you except when you specifically provide it, and we protect the information we receive.
